Image Guidelines

A favorite face, clearly captured

Use a high-resolution photo taken straight on at your pet’s eye level. Soft natural light brings out the coat’s true colors.

Show the full head and ears, plus the neck and chest. Leave a little room around your pet’s face. Avoid overhead shots, heavy filters, blur and objects covering the face.

For several pets, separate photos are welcome. We use the expression and view in your original photo, so choose the one you want to see in your finished piece.

Older memorial photos can be precious. Email support@dearpawstudio.com if you need help choosing from the photos you have.
